She played for the Rockford Peaches in 1950, achieving a 3–1 record in 71 innings as a reliever and spot starter. A disciplined hitter, she recorded a batting average of .286. Post-baseball, she became a restaurant owner/partner. In 1988, she was honored as part of the Women in Baseball display at the Baseball Hall of Fame, recognizing the contributions of her league. She passed away on April 25, 2000, at age 73.
