Edgar Schober was an Austrian politician and agricultural teacher born on October 31, 1926, in Kleineibenstein, Lower Austria. He served as a member of the Lower Austria State Parliament from 1974 to 1991 and held the position of Third President of the Parliament starting in 1988. Schober was affiliated with the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) during his political career. He passed away on April 12, 2016.
