Edcel Greco Lagman, also known as Grex, is a Filipino lawyer and politician from Albay. He assumed office as Governor of Albay on December 1, 2022, following the disqualification of the former governor. Lagman has previously served as Vice Governor of Albay twice, being elected in 2019 and 2022 with record-breaking votes. He was also a Congressman for the 1st district of Albay and Deputy Majority Leader in the 16th Congress. His political career began in Quezon City, where he won a council seat as a newcomer in 2004.
