He is the founder of Ladbrokes Norden and Nyheter24-Gruppen, and has a legal education, having worked with EU law at the European Commission in Brussels and as a lecturer in the field. Roos was also the CEO of Net Entertainment and created various companies in digital media, medical technology, real estate, and hospitality. After selling Nyheter24 in May 2019, he returned to the gaming industry and launched an online casino in June 2018. He appeared as a venture capitalist on the TV show Draknästet.
