Charles Douglas Tomalin was an English diver who represented Great Britain in the 1936 Summer Olympics, finishing ninth in the 10 metre platform event. He won a silver medal in the 3 metre springboard and high diving at the 1934 Empire Games, and at the 1938 Sydney Games, he secured a gold medal in high diving and a silver in the 3 metre springboard. Additionally, he had a distinguished career in the Royal Air Force, eventually attaining the rank of air commodore.
