Douglas R. Bovin (born August 24, 1944) is a former Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives, having served from 1999 to 2002 for Delta, Dickinson, and Menominee counties. Before his legislative role, he had a prominent career in local government, including 22 years on the Delta County Board of Commissioners, with 16 as chairman, and served as mayor of Gladstone. He has held positions such as city manager of Munising and currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Lake Superior State University.
