Doris V. Schubach (1924–2003) was an American figure skater known for her accomplishments in pairs skating alongside her husband, Walter Noffke. The duo dominated the United States Figure Skating Championships, securing gold medals for three consecutive years from 1942 to 1944. Following their competitive success, they married and later achieved a sixth-place finish at the World Figure Skating Championships in 1947. Schubach's contributions and performances in figure skating have left a notable legacy within the sport.
