Donald Gene Miller, born on December 28, 1954, is an American serial killer and rapist known as The East Lansing Serial Killer. He committed a series of six attacks in East Lansing, Michigan between 1977 and 1978, four of which resulted in fatalities. Miller later pled guilty to these crimes and received a lengthy prison sentence, with the possibility of parole.
