Dinanath Bhaskar, born on March 10, 1963, is an Indian politician from Uttar Pradesh. A founding member of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and former close associate of Kanshi Ram, he served as Minister for Health in the 1993 coalition government with the Samajwadi Party (SP). After leaving the BSP in 1996 and rejoining in 2009, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2015. Bhaskar has been elected four times as an MLA, most recently in the 2022 state elections, and is currently on the Public Accounts Committee of the UP Legislative Assembly.
