Dhu'l Nun al-Atraqchi, born Younis Mustafa Ghazal on September 19, 1939, is an Iraqi poet from Mosul. He earned a Bachelor's degree from the College of Education at the University of Baghdad and a Master's from the College of Arts at the University of Mosul. He taught in Iraq and Algeria and later served as Head of the Arabic Language Department at the Central Teachers' Institute in Mosul. He was also an editor for Al-Hadba newspaper and led the local branch of the General Union of Writers and Poets.
