Desmond Llowarch Edward Flower, 10th Viscount Ashbrook (1905-1995), was an Anglo-Irish peer and soldier. He succeeded as Viscount Ashbrook in 1936 and had a military career as a major in the Royal Artillery during WWII. Flower was a chartered accountant and served Cheshire as a Justice of the Peace and later as Deputy Lieutenant. He was honored as a Member of the Order of the British Empire and invested as a Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in 1977. His contributions included roles in the Duchy of Lancaster and the Country's Gentlemen Association.
