Dennis Te-Chung Tang (born July 12, 1956) is a Taiwanese legal scholar who has served as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of China. He is currently a chair professor in the Department of Law at Soochow University and a distinguished researcher at the Institute of Law at Academia Sinica. He previously held the position of director for the preparatory office of the Institute of Law at Academia Sinica and served as its first director after its establishment. Tang was nominated by President Ma Ying-jeou to the Constitutional Court in 2011.
