Major-General The Reverend Denis Price was a prominent military architect serving under Admiral Lord Louis Mountbatten during WWII as the principal military strategist for Combined Operations. After the war, he led the British Services Security Organisation in Germany and held the position of Chief of Staff for the British Defence Staff in Washington from 1959 to 1962. Price was closely associated with Mountbatten, working on international intelligence networks for the British Government. He was also ordained into the Presbyterian Church before his passing in 1966.
