David Wynn Miller was an American pseudolegal theorist and self-proclaimed judge active within the sovereign citizen movement. He developed 'Quantum Grammar', a constructed version of English intended for judicial communication, emphasizing a unique grammar and syntax supposedly based on mathematical principles. His approach to legal language attracted little success in courts, where his syntax was often dismissed as gibberish. Despite his death in 2018, Quantum Grammar continues to be used by some members of the sovereign citizen movement.
