David R. Corbin is an American former politician and farmer born on July 20, 1944. A Republican, he served in the Kansas House of Representatives and Kansas State Senate. Raised in Towanda, Kansas, he is a fifth-generation farmer. In addition to agriculture, he diversified into agritourism, hosting various events on his farm. Corbin began his political career in the Kansas House in 1991, later winning a Senate seat but lost his bid for re-nomination in 2004. His tenure included a focus on local engagement and community events.
