Davaadorjiin Ganbold, born in 1957 in Ulaanbaatar, is a notable Mongolian economist and politician affiliated with the Democratic Party. A key figure in the Mongolian Revolution of 1990, he served as Chairman of the Mongolian National Progress Party, which later became part of the Mongolian National Democratic Party. He held the position of Deputy Prime Minister from 1990 to 1992 and was a Member of Parliament from 1992 to 2000. Ganbold played a significant role in the economic reforms of the early 1990s and was once nominated for Prime Minister multiple times.
