Danutė Eidukaitė was a Lithuanian ceramist born on July 12, 1929, in Kupiškis and passed away on February 23, 1995, in Kaunas. She graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1953 and taught at an art school in Kaunas until 1965. Her works gained recognition through various exhibitions starting in 1959. She created decorative plates, vases, and interior panels, with notable pieces for the 400th anniversary of Vilnius University in 1979. Eidukaitė's functional pottery features bright glazes and encompasses archaic or floral designs.
