Dag Nordmark (1945-2018) was a Swedish literary scholar who earned his PhD at Umeå University in 1978. He served as a professor in literature at the University of Tromsø and later at Karlstad University from 1998 to 2011. His works encompass topics such as film theory, labor literature, rural theater, and the cultural history of northern Sweden. Additionally, he was a media historian known for his writings on Swedish radio and television history, and contributed to the history of the Swedish press and contemporary theater.
