Constantino Martínez Uriarte (March 11, 1911 – May 24, 1991) was a prominent Basque priest and architect known for his significant contributions to the architectural site of the Sanctuary of Peña de Francia in Salamanca, Spain. He served as the head of the site from 1947 to 1973. His efforts were recognized by the Franco regime with the National Prize for Tourism. His brother, Federico Martínez Uriarte, is currently in the process of beatification.
