Constantin Drumen is a former Romanian deputy who served in the legislature from 1996 to 2000, elected from Gorj County on the PNȚCD party lists. He became an independent parliament member in March 1999. During his parliamentary career, Drumen was a member of the friendship parliamentary groups with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Republic of Indonesia.
