Chukka Sattaiah (March 29, 1935 - November 9, 2017) was a prominent figure in the folk art of Oggu Katha, known as its patriarch and an emperor of the art form. He integrated the Beerappa Katha into Oggu Katha, enhancing its significance. The Oggu Katha is characterized by the narration of Veerabhadraswamy's story, which is a depiction of Lord Shiva.
