Chiyuki Hiraoka (January 19, 1930 - January 9, 1996) was a Japanese diplomat known for his service as the Ambassador to Morocco and Portugal, as well as the director of the Akasaka Guest House. He was also the brother of famous writer Yukio Mishima, contributing to his notable family background. Throughout his career, Hiraoka played key roles in international relations, representing Japan in significant diplomatic positions.
