Cheng Long-shai, born December 7, 1959, is a Taiwanese politician and social welfare worker. He served as the first and last chairman of the Social Welfare Party from August 2015 to April 2020. Cheng is notable for being the first visually impaired member of the Asian legislature. He founded the Love Blind Educational Foundation and the first audio magazine in Taiwan, 'Echo'. Additionally, he promoted the establishment of the Chinese Blind Alliance and the Taiwan Public Welfare Alliance.
