Charles V. Mutschler (1955-2019) was an archivist and served as the Interim Dean of Eastern Washington University Libraries. Starting as Assistant Archivist and then Acting University Archivist, he became University Archivist in 2001. In 2018, he was appointed Interim Dean. Mutschler was passionate about railroads and model railroads, actively speaking about railroad history and authoring related publications.
