He also provided the voice for other characters in the series, including the baby equivalents of the brothers and their arch-nemeses, Wario and Waluigi. In 2022, Martinet officially transitioned to the role of 'Mario Ambassador' for Nintendo, marking the end of his original role as the voice actor for the company, although he continues to work as an actor on other projects.
