Charles Marshall (18 January 1901 – 25 January 1973) was a British racing cyclist known for his specialized skills in time trials. He competed at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam, finishing 38th in the individual time trial and winning a silver medal as part of the British team in the team event. Marshall set multiple records in prestigious time trial competitions and won the 12-hour race in Anerley in 1927. His contributions to competitive cycling are well-remembered.
