Charles-Marie Guillois, born in Porzh-Gwenn, Brittany, on May 27, 1910, was a French soldier and radio broadcaster. After being stranded in a ship, he joined the Free French Forces in 1940 and became involved with General de Gaulle in London. Known for his strong Breton language skills, he was entrusted with a significant broadcast for the BBC in June 1940. Post-war, he settled in London, running a vintage store until the early 1990s before returning to his homeland, where he passed away.
