Charles William Russell Kingsley (1910–1996) was a British yacht designer and surveyor. Spending his early life on the Isle of Wight, he made a significant contribution to yacht design while working as a Victualling Clerk for the Orient Line. During WWII, he served in the RNVR and attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Notably, he won a yacht design competition in 1933, leading to further recognition in yachting publications. He was active in the yacht design field until after the war and remained an associate of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
