Cèsar Apezteguía Setoaín was a Catalan racing driver born in Barcelona on July 14, 1915, and he passed away in the 2000s. In 1948, he co-founded the Escuderia Corso with fellow racers Joan Jover, Paco Godia, and Salvador Fàbregas. He finished seventh in the Penya Rhin Grand Prix that year and placed fourth in the XIV International Alps Rally in 1951, partnering with Miguel Soler. He secured victory in the first 1,000 km Rally in 1952 driving a Jaguar. In 2000, he published his memoirs, titled 'Vivencias de César Apezteguia Setoaín.'
