Cenap Aşcı is a Turkish politician and civil servant born in 1967. He served as Minister of Customs and Trade from 28 August to 17 November 2015 during the interim government led by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he was appointed Undersecretary to the Customs and Trade Ministry on 26 August 2015. Aşcı has sought to become a parliamentary candidate for the Justice and Development Party (AKP) during the 2011 and June 2015 general elections but was unsuccessful in both attempts.
