Catherine McGregor, born on June 8, 1955, is a Canadian educator and political figure in British Columbia. She served as a member of the Legislative Assembly for Kamloops from 1996 to 2001 with the New Democratic Party. McGregor has a teaching background with 19 years in elementary education and as a teacher librarian. She held several cabinet positions, including Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister of Environment, and allocated $2 million to the provincial park system. Currently, she is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the University of Victoria.
