Carmen Martínez Ten is a Spanish physician and politician born in Madrid on November 27, 1953. Since June 2015, she has served as a deputy in the Assembly of Madrid representing the PSOE. She holds the positions of president of the Socialist Parliamentary Group and spokesperson for the Women's Commission. Additionally, she was the president of the Nuclear Safety Council from 2006 until December 2012, when she was succeeded by Fernando Martí Scharfhausen.
