Carlton R. McDonald, born on February 20, 1971, is a former American football player known for his time as a defensive back with the Air Force Falcons from 1989 to 1992. He achieved consensus All-American status in 1992 and earned accolades as the Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year in both 1991 and 1992. Following his graduation in 1993, he served five years as a finance officer in the Air Force, later working at Winn-Dixie and becoming a pilot for the Florida Air National Guard. He was inducted into the Air Force Academy Sports Hall of Fame in 2013.
