Carlos Ángel Lázzari, known as Palmer, was an accomplished bandoneon player, composer, arranger, and orchestra conductor from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was dedicated to the tango genre and played for 26 years in the bandoneon section of Juan D'Arienzo's orchestra. Born on December 9, 1925, he significantly contributed to tango music until his passing on June 7, 2009, in the same city.
