Sir Brian Garton Jenkins KStJ is a retired English chartered accountant and businessman born on December 3, 1935. He served as the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales during the 1985/86 term. He also held the esteemed position of Lord Mayor of the City of London in the 1991/92 term. In addition, he was the Chairman of Woolwich plc from 1995 to 2000. Throughout his career, Jenkins made significant contributions to the fields of accounting and finance.
