Boris Iwanowicz Krocha, also known as Archbishop Maxim, was a prominent figure in the Russian Orthodox Church. Born on December 25, 1928, in the village of Charnigavka, located in the Davlekanovo District of Bashkir ASSR, he served as the Archbishop of Mogilev and Mstislavl. He was known for his contributions to the creation of various church services, including those for the Council of Siberian Saints, the Council of Tula Saints, and the saints Innocent and George. He passed away on February 27, 2002, in Mogilev.
