Robert H. Jones (1902-1989) was an English professional footballer, known for his role as a goalkeeper. He began his career at Everton, where he made his professional debut. After unsuccessful stints at Southport, he joined Bolton Wanderers in 1929, making over 200 appearances. In 1937, he transferred to Cardiff City, where he concluded his playing career. He later worked as a trainer with Southport, contributing to the sport beyond his playing days.
