He served as the titular Bishop of Troas and worked in various capacities, including deacon and presbyter. He was consecrated as a bishop on November 8, 2015. After retiring in 2017, he was placed under ban in 2023. He holds degrees in physics and theology and is proficient in Greek, English, and French.
