Birgitte Ørner Ekle, born in 1948, is a Danish soprano singer residing in Norway. She received her music education at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, studying under Hilde Rössel-Majdan, and also pursued vocal studies in Norway. Ekle has performed in various countries and participated in several opera productions in Trondheim, Bergen, Bodø, and Vienna. Besides her performance career, she teaches singing and operated her private singing institute in Trondheim since 2003.
