Biba (Ljubinka) Teržan is a Slovenian archaeologist and professor, born on July 25, 1947, in Maribor. She graduated in 1971, completed her master's degree in 1975, and earned her doctorate in 1986 from the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. Teržan became an associate member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SAZU) on June 7, 2001, and was appointed a full member on June 1, 2007.
