Bertha Leverton (January 23, 1923 – December 1, 2020) was an author and founder of the organization 'ROK' (Reunion of Kindertransport). She was one of the 10,000 Jewish children who escaped from Nazi Germany to Britain through the Kindertransport between 1938 and 1939. Leverton dedicated much of her life to documenting the experiences of fellow survivors and organized the first reunion of survivors in 1988, marking the 50th anniversary of the Kindertransport.
