Bedar Mangrio, born Muhammad Peril on January 8, 1937, in Sangrar village, is a renowned Sindhi author, poet, translator, and religious scholar. He served as a primary teacher from 1954 and later became the headmaster at a high school. With a strong background in religious studies, he completed significant courses between 2005 and 2007. A gifted extempore poet, his work has been featured in various literary publications and he has translated several significant works. His son, Anwar Mansoor Mangrio, is also a noted poet and researcher.
