Bea Moten-Foster (1938–2011) was a pioneering radio journalist in the United States and the founder and publisher of the Muncie Times, an African-American newspaper serving Muncie and its vicinity. She made history by being the first African American to broadcast from the United Nations, the first African American woman to be a radio announcer in Indianapolis, and the first African American woman to host a television show in the city.
