Bansidhar Panda (November 26, 1932 - May 22, 2018) was a prominent industrialist and the founder chairman of IMFA, playing a vital role in the industrial development of Odisha. He was closely associated with political leader Biju Patnaik and contributed significantly to Odisha's economic landscape. After an initial career in NASA, he returned to India to establish IMFA, which became a major employer and improved the livelihoods of many. He was also involved in social welfare initiatives and established the Bansidhar Ila Panda Foundation in 2011.
