B. V. Raju (1920-2002) was an Indian industrialist and a pioneer of the cement industry in India, serving as the chairman of Rassi Cements and the Cement Corporation of India. He also served as a director at Sagi Ramakrishna Raju Constructions and Prasad and Company Project Works Limited. Raju had an interest in the ceramics and durable materials industry and founded the B. V. Raju Institute of Technology. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1977 and later the Padma Bhushan in 2001 by the Government of India.
