Avraham Broides (May 19, 1907 – May 2, 1979) was a Hebrew poet and editor from Vilnius. He is recognized as a 'poet of the working youth'. His poems were published in the publication of the workers' movement called 'Bema'ale'. During the 1929 riots, Broides coined the slogan 'We, for labor, for defense, and for peace!' which became a rallying cry for the working youth, known today as the working and studying youth.
