He led the women's team CSKA Sofia to considerable success from 2003 to 2010, securing five titles and three national cups. His coaching tenure also includes seven years as the coach of Bulgaria's junior national team, fostering a strong generation of players. Between 2010 and 2014, he coached several top Romanian teams and the Romanian women's national team, contributing significantly to the sport in both Bulgaria and Romania.
