Arve Løberg is a Norwegian media and communication professional born on October 17, 1954, in Snåsa, Nord-Trøndelag. He grew up as the son of a municipal chief and later a deputy governor. Løberg worked as a journalist for several newspapers including Arbeider-Avisa and VG, and became a key figure in the establishment of Trio Media. He served as information manager at TV 2 and held executive positions in Norske Gram and Chess Communication before becoming chief editor and later CEO of Trønder-Avisa. As of 2020, he is a partner and chairman at PKOM.
