Additionally, he was the Chairman of DVC and worked with the West Bengal government in various capacities, including Chief Commissioner of the Right to Public Service Commission. Since January 2021, he has been a Professor of Practice at IIT Delhi. He holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a Postgraduate in Management & Systems, and a Ph.D. in Project Management.
