Artur Aldomà Puig was a Catalan comic book artist, painter, and sculptor born on March 11, 1935, in Reus, Tarragona. He began his career by drawing comics and during the 1950s and 60s, he mostly published his work abroad, collaborating with notable writers such as Víctor Mora and Jean-Michel Charlier. In 1975, he shifted his focus entirely away from comics to other forms of art, particularly sculpture. He remained active in his creative endeavors, taking on commissions and producing personal work until his death on June 16, 2023.
